Adoptions Together is committed to helping you adopt a child. To this end, we have updated our policy to allow families to participate in the Domestic and International programs at the same time.

Thank you for taking the time to find out more about Adoptions together as a resource to help you build your family. We offer both domestic and international adoption and would like to help you design an adoption plan that is comfortable, realistic and best meets your needs. Since we opened our doors in 1990, we have placed more than 2,900 children in loving homes. We strive to make the adoption process as simple, straightforward, and satisfying as possible.

Program for Expectant Parents: counseling and other resources for birth parents considering adoption
Domestic Adoption Program: finding families for Infants, Older Children and Sibling Groups
International Adoption Program: finding families for children living in orphanages in Asia and Eastern Europe. Received Hague Accreditation on February 29, 2008 and permanent Accreditation in Russia in December 2007.
Center for Adoptive Families: strengthening relationships created by adoption through counseling and educational programs that build families and keep them strong.
The Post-Permanency Family Center: providing support and information to the adoption/guardianship community in the Washington DC metro area.
